Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if none of the purchased minutes have been used.

Used minutes

Once an interview session starts or any portion of the purchased minutes is used, the purchase is non-refundable. This prevents full refunds after a user has consumed part or all of an interview package.

How to request a refund

Contact support using the email address shown in your order or account communication and include your Limbo account email and order details.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
