Account data: We collect your email address. Payment details are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Operational data: Audio and text inputs submitted during live sessions are processed temporarily and only as needed to generate real-time AI responses.

3. Audio and Text Data Handling

Audio input and transcriptions are processed in real time through third-party providers, such as Deepgram and AI model hosts, strictly to deliver the service. We do not store or archive your audio recordings or interview transcripts, and we do not use them to train public AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate Limbo, including hosting, real-time transcription, AI processing, authentication, and payment processing.

5. Security

We implement standard technical measures to secure data in transit. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and you use the service at your own discretion.
